Karina Manta is an American former competitive ice dancer.

Karina Manta was born on March 20, 1996 in Olympia, Washington and she began figure skating in 2002.

Karina Manta previously competed in ice dance with Jonathan Thompson. Karina Manta has partnered with ice dancer Joseph Johnson since 2013. The team is coached by Patti Gottwein in Colorado Springs, of the United States.

In 2021, Karina Manta joined the cast of ITV’s Dancing On Ice, where she was partnered with Graham Bell.

Karina’ Manta’s current skating partner Joe is also openly gay, making the couple the skate world’s first openly queer professional skating duo.

In 2019, Karina Manta and Joe went on to make history by competing at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships as the first openly LGBTQ partnership.

Karina Manta and Joe are not together and like mentioned earlier, Joe is openly gay.

Joe, the professional ice dancer reportedly has a boyfriend, known as Zac.
