Charley Taylor, known officially as Charles Robert Taylor, was an American professional wide receiver who played in the National Football League for the Washington Redskins. Charley Taylor spent 14 seasons for the Redskins and he is an inductee in the Washington Commanders Ring of Fame.

Charley Taylor went ahead to serve as wide receivers coach for the Washington Redskins from 1981 to 1993. Charley Taylor was a member of the NFL 1960s All-Decade Team and he won three Super Bowls and eight Pro Bowls.
