Barbara Jordan was born to Arlyne Patten and Benjamin Jordan, and she had two siblings: Bennie Jordan Creswell and Rosemary Jordan McGowan. Barbara Jordan was born on February 21, 1936, and died on January 17, 1996, at the age of 59 years.
