The ‘Walking Dead’ actor was found in his locked car with a gunshot wound to the face and a gun on his lap.
Police had been investigating the 31-year-old’s death as a possible suicide after his body was found in Georgia last week, but his family believes he did not take his own life.

His sister, Teerea Kimbro, said that Moseley ‘loved life’ and believes he was kidnapped and killed three days later after the family was unable to contact him since the Sunday before he was found dead.

She added that he was ‘planning big things for the near future and was excited about where his career was leading.
Kimbro says the gun that was found belonged to her, that Moseley had a license to carry and like to go to the gun range, and that police are looking at whether there may be foul play involved in his death.
Moseley, who played Mike, one of Michonne’s pet zombies in The Walking Dead, also had roles in Queen Of The South, Watchmen and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
A memorial service will be held for him on Saturday in his hometown in South Carolina.
