One of the “New Hollywood” directors, Bogdanovich started as a film journalist until he got hired to work on Roger Corman’s The Wild Angels.
After that film’s success, Peter Bogdanovich directed his own film Targets (1968), a critical success.

A 2016 article in The Momtropolis states that Sashy is a stay-at-home mom earning a Masters in American History and she is married to Pax Wassermann, who edits documentary films.
