Chun Doo-hwan was a South Korean army general and politician who served as the president of South Korea from 1980 to 1988. Chun Doo-hwan was born on March 6, 1931, and died on November 23, 2021, at the age of 90 years.

Chun Doo-hwan served as President of the Democratic Justice Party from 1981 to 1987 and was succeeded by Roh Tae-woo. Chun Doo-hwan has a number of statues in the towns of South Korea.

Chun Hyo-sun is the 59-year-old son of Chun Jae-yong and he is a graduate of the New York University. Chun Jae-man is also a son of Chun Jae-yong.
