Arthur was named team president in May 2003 after serving as vice president and general counsel of the Steelers since 1989.
Arthur obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1978, Juris Doctor degree from the Duquesne University in1982, and a Bachelor of law degree from the University of Exeter.
