Carl Madsen Cause Of Death

Longtime NFL referee, Carl Madsen, died on Sunday, October 24, 2021, on the way home from officiating the Week 7 matchup between the Chiefs and Titans. He was 71 years old.

What caused Carl Madsen’s death?

Reports have it that Carl Madsen died on his way home. Madsen was driving home to Weldon Spring, Missouri, when he got unconscious, thereby parking his car on the road.

Initially, police were called at 4:46 pm CT about an SUV that was parked in a lane on Interstate 65 North. They were informed that the driver was unconscious.

According to the reports, the car window was broken by police because they have to rescue Carl because they could not open the door. But unfortunately, when the police took him out of the car, Carl Madsen had already died.

Chest compressions were performed on him until the fire department arrived at the scene. He was rushed to St Thomas Midtown Hospital dead.
