Tom Hannegan was a Missouri-born American businessman and politician. Hannegan, a Republican, was elected to the Missouri House of Representatives from Missouri’s 65th Congressional District in November 2016 and re-elected in 2018.

Tom Hannegan represented a section of Saint Charles County to the north and northeast of St. Charles, all the way to the Mississippi River. Hannegan has previously worked as a magazine publisher and chief editor, as well as for a family-owned real estate company.
