Bruce Charles Arians, born October 3, 1952, is an American football coach who currently serves as the head coach of the National Football League’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He formerly served as the Arizona Cardinals’ head coach from 2013 to 2017.

During the 2012 season, Arians also served as the Indianapolis Colts’ interim head coach. He was the head football coach at Temple from 1983 through 1988, outside of the NFL. He is famous for his catchphrase “No risk-it, no biscuit,” which encourages aggressive playcalling.
