Trent Baalke is an American International executive who serves as the general manager for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the National Football League. Trent Baalke is a former executive and general manager for the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL.

On February 4, 2020, Trent Baalke was appointed as the director of player personnel for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Nine months later, Trent was promoted to the role of interim general manager following the sacking of David Caldwell.

At the end of that season, Trent Baalke was given the role of general manager on a full-time basis.

Trent Baalke exchanged vows with his college girlfriend Beth Burkingham and they have two daughters. The names of Beth and Trent’s children are Cassie and Katy.
