Following a police investigation into sexual misconduct accusations, the city attorney’s office in Los Angeles is contemplating filing criminal charges against famous DJ Diplo.

The office informed BuzzFeed News that accusations of invasion of privacy and knowingly transmitting a sexually transmitted illness is being considered.

The unnamed lady allegedly told police that Pentz assaulted her in his Las Vegas hotel room after one of his shows. There have been no criminal charges brought in connection with the purported event.

Lawyers representing Pentz did not respond to specific questions for this article, but they did send BuzzFeed News a letter repeating their firm denials of all claims made in previous statements and court papers. The letter, they claimed, could not be cited.
