How many hours a day does Mark Zuckerberg work?

Mark Zuckerberg said in a 2015 Facebook Questions and Answers session that he virtually works sixty hours per week, which is a fairly acceptable figure for a tech CEO of one of the world’s largest firms.

When you include in the time he spends thinking about Facebook’s purpose, though, a different picture emerges.

Three times a week, Zuckerberg goes for a run as part of his daily habit. “It’s critical to stay in shape. “Doing anything properly takes energy, and being healthy gives you a lot more energy,” he stated during a Q&A session responding to Arnold Schwarzenegger.

“I make it a point to exercise at least three times a week, generally first thing in the morning. I also try to take my dog for a run whenever I can, which is also amusing since it’s practically like seeing a mop run.”
