A line in the song – “Why everybody come dey para, para, para, para, for me” was shouted repeatedly by the youth in a way of showing collective rebellion and rage towards police officers in the country.
According to the BET award winner, the misinterpretation of his song resulting in being an instrument was something he was proud of, however, he got into a lot of trouble because of that. He added that he even had to leave the country for some time because matters were becoming serious.
He also mentioned that he is very sure the authorities heard their grievances even though they didn’t help resolve the issue in any way.
