R&B singer, R. Kelly, has disclosed that he will continue to prove his innocence to the world after being found guilty of all charges against him including sexual exploitation of a child, bribery, racketeering and sex trafficking involving five victims.

Sentencing is due on May 4 and he could spend the rest of his life behind bars. The singer was famous for his award-winning sing, I Believe I Can Fly.

Kelly’s defence attorney has criticised his aspect of the case against his client.

He said, “We look forward to the truth and the facts coming to light as the defence will continue to vigorously defend Mr. Kelly”. This was said in a statement before the trial.
In a post sighted on his Facebook page, he stated that although the verdict for his case was disappointing, he will continue to prove his innocence and fight for his freedom.
