Nigerian singer, Davido has taken to social media to mourn his personal photographer, Fortune Shotz, who died a few days ago.

Davido has expressed how pained and sad he feels on social media as he celebrates the life of his crew member who died on Tuesday, 21st September 2021. The singer shared how selfless the deceased was and how he dedicated he was to his work.

Fortune lost his life suddenly after he fell in water while trying to take a shot at a dangerous angle. Because he couldn’t swim, he wasn’t able to stay alive in the water for so long. The unfortunate incident hit social media just a few hours after it happened.
It was alleged that his brother was at the scene at the time of his death but he couldn’t do anything to save him. However, his parents went to the location of the incident a day after to retrieve the body.
Fortune also worked for big artistes like Wizkid, Burna Boy and others. He is the seventh member of Davido’s crew to die since 2017.
