“Nothing Makes Sense Except Music; I Ran Away From The House Because Of Music” – Oxlade Reveals (VIDEO)

Nigerian Singer, Oxlade, has shared that he ran away from home to do music because to him, nothing makes sense except music.

In an interview with ace media personality, Ebuka, the ‘AWAY’ hit maker revealed that his folks were not so supportive of his music career so he had to ran away from the house. According to him, he had to do things like selling rice, working at cyber cafes, and more to fend for himself.

“I dropped out of school due to personal reasons, and they expected me to go and write jam all over again after I dropped out in my finals. It made no sense to me so I told myself that instead of wasting myself and doing things I’m not certain about, I just decided to make music, that will make me happy. So, I ran away from the house,” he added.

He also mentioned that he had to lodge at two of his friends’ houses, move from one place to the other. However, his friends’ family were receptive and accommodating enough to accept him.
