Social media is on heat right now as Portuguese International, Cristiano Ronaldo, nets two goals in his first match at Manchester United Football Club after his return to the team.

Ronaldo joined the English Premier League side late August 2021 from Italia’s Serie A Club, Juventus. Many people expressed excitement as he returned to the club that made him a world class player, as others also ridiculed that he was obsolete, therefore, he’d under perform.
The 36 year-old player has proven all his doubters wrong as he scores the first two goals for Man United against New Castle United today (11th September 2021). Social media have reacted to this; while others praise him and cheer him up for proving himself worthy again, some have also said that it’s just a ‘one day show’ to scare opponents off.
Man United fans have become the loudest group of people on social media at the moment as their idol leads them into a glorious victory on his first day on the field. The match ended at 4:1 against New Castle United.
