Popular American Rapper, Kodak Black, has been spotted happily singing ‘African Queen. by Nigeria’s 2face Idibia, best known as 2Baba.

Black sang the chorus of the song word-to-word in an open-air space while playing it out loud on his phone. He wore an African print outfit as he jams to the song joyfully. He posted this on his social media and expressed his appreciation for Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

“Zoe Boy But I f*ck with Da Nigerians All Da Africans!!! #AfricanQueen I Got My Dashiki On,” he wrote.

Some people have expressed that Afrobeat is gradually taking over as the universal music genre for everyone across the world.

For some months now, there have been several videos of celebrities and many people outside Africa enjoying Afrobeat tunes very well. A clear example is Canadian Singer, Justin Bieber who was spotted playing ‘Essence’ by Wizkid and Tems several times and gradually jumped on the remix. American Entertainer, Willow Smith also once recorded herself singing ‘Woman’ by Rema.
