Don Jazzy is one of the Nigerian celebrities who love to give away gifts to his followers especially to the people in need. He recently halted such give always with reasons best known to him. However, there has a human precipitation factor that has activated his urge to return to his old habits of giving away cash in the form of gifts.

His announcement on sharing one million to his fans came following a comment made by a fan on his microblogging platform. The user whose name has been identified as Tife Fabunmi attributed the reason Don Jazzy stopped doing give-aways to the hardship in the country. A few moments afterward, he announced his intentions in sharing one million among his fans. He instructed that interested persons go to his page on the abeg app to get a chance of receiving part of the one million to be shared.
His message reads:
