Popular Nigerian Comedian and Activist, Mr Macaroni, who recently shot a funny skit with Don Jazzy the man of the moment, Obi Cubana has recounted how he managed to get Cubana on board.

According to Macaroni, Cubana’s humility and submissiveness were nothing short of sensational. He revealed that the Cubana group founder left Oba – where the grand burial of his mother was held – on Tuesday to Lagos, then straight to the airport with his family. After that, he tripped to his (Macaroni) house which is way farther from the airport to shoot the video.
Cubana has become a topic for discussion on social media and many households for the past week. A few weeks ago, many people outside Nigeria didn’t know who he was but his entry into the limelight came about when he decided to celebrate his mother in a grand way as she leaves Earth.

Cubana in an interview with BBC Pidgin had said that the reason why he held a grand burial ceremony for his mum was because he had promised her a grand party for her 80th birthday, but since she didn’t leave up to 80, it was only right for him to channel it into her burial.
