Nigerian entrepreneur and nightlife boss, Obi Cubana, has sparked reactions on social media after he disclosed that he has received over 246 cows from his friends and associates ahead of his mother’s funeral.

Obi Cubana lost his mother, Mrs Ezinne Uche Iyiegbu in December 2020 at the age of 78 and to support him for the final funeral rites which are expected to take place over the weekend, his friends have gifted him with a lot of luxurious items including cows to help cut costs for the burial.
The chairman of the Cubana group made this known in a video that went viral on social media. In the video, he stated that “246 cows and counting, who wan chop meat ooh”. According to him, 46 of the cows are from his former loyal celebrity barman, Cubana Chief Priest. Also, a young Nigerian billionaire, Jowi Zaza sent ten.
