Kim In-soon was brought into the world on April 5, 1957, Pocheon-si, in the Gyeonggi province of South Korea
In-Soon graduated from Cheongsan Middle School of Yeoncheon, in Gyeonggi Province, and having had enough of the difficulties of discrimination did not continue her education through high school.
Kim made her debut in 1978 as a member of Hee Sisters and has since then recorded a total of 19 albums, 14 of them full-length albums.
