“I Worked Like A Machine On This Project” – Funke Akindele Recounts How Production Was Done For Omo Ghetto

Nigerian actress, Funke Akindele, has recounted how she worked towards making her movie, Omo Ghetto: The Saga.

This comes after she made it to the list of the top 100 icons on the Forbes list. After this news was announced, CNN also described her as one of the biggest Hollywood stars.

The Forbes 100 Icons list contains names of African celebrities who have performed well in the industry and somehow impacted the lives of society with their talents and the role they play in society.

The movie that took her to his level, was her popular Omo Ghetto: The Saga. Reacting to this, she stated that she worked tirelessly on the movie with her crew to make it one of the biggest Nollywood films.

She said;

“This picture!! Chai!! I worked like a machine on this project: acting, producing and directing. Ensuring all went as planned. I can’t but smile and say “THANK YOU LORD”.
