Nigerian musicians Kessy and Duncan Mighty, have expressed their excitement after they received the N10 million promised by Governor Nyesom Wike for their performance at Burna Boy’s homecoming concert.

The homecoming concert was organised by the state to celebrate the successes of the musician and to also congratulate him for his win at the just ended Grammy awards night.
Addressing the state during Burna Boy’s visit, Governor Wike stated that he was super excited about the performances he saw during the concert to celebrate the musician. He added that he will honour all the artists who performed during the show with an amount of 10 million Naira.
After receiving the money, Kessy took to her social media page in tears as she thanked the governor for changing her life. Duncan Mighty also hailed the governor for keeping his promise.
