Toyin Lawani Clashes With Followers Over Her Nun Outfit

Fashion icon, Toyin Lawani, has sparked reactions on social media after photos of her outfit to the premiere of the movie titled, the Prophetess surfaced on social media.

For the movie premieres, attendants were asked to dress in an outfit that depicts the theme of the movie. At the event, a lot of celebrities turned up in attires that represents a Prophetess.

Meanwhile, Toyin’s outfit did not go down well with some netizens as they believe the dress she wore for the program, was too revealing and it mocks God and Christianity hence she should desist from wearing such an outfit again.

The movie, ‘Prophetess’ was produced by Victoria Akujobi, Mimi Bartels and Matilda Sola. This movie follows the story of Ajoke Olooto (Toyin Abraham), a local prophetess who makes a bogus prediction about a football match that sets off a chain of events beyond her control.
