Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has shared some leadership tips with her fans and social media users who may be leaders or occupy leadership positions.

According to her, leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality and where there is no vision, the people go rebel or go wayward.
Tonto Dikeh advised that before a person takes up leadership positions, the person must make a conscious effort to grow himself into leading the followers to the right path. She made this submission in a post sighted on her Instagram page.
Tonto Dikeh wrote;
“Leadership is the capacity to translate vision Into Reality, Where there is no vision the people perish. Before you are a Leader, Success is all about growing yourself, When you become a leader, success is all about growing others. The 1st responsibility of a leader is to define REALITY! The last is to say thank you”.
