DJ Cuppy has withdrawn the lawsuit she filed against Davido‘s PL manager, Isreal, weeks ago.

It will be recalled that, weeks ago, Isreal poked his nose into an issue between Dj Cuppy and singer, Zlatan Ibile, after Cuppy had revealed that, Zlatan had blocked her and stopped talking to her and she didn’t know why.
Israel had claimed that the reason Zlatan had ignored Cuppy was that she did not pay him after she featured him on her hit song ‘Gelato.’
A claim, which got Cuppy angry and had her suing Isreal for defamation.

A couple of days after the suit, Cuppy’s lawyer demanded Isreal to publicly withdraw the claim and apologize to her, which he obliged with a video, apologizing to her and her entire family.
DJ Cuppy has therefore decided to withdraw the suit because of Isreal’s public apology.
She shared the news of withdrawing the suit on social media today, saying she hoped people “learn from this” and urged that, “we all ensure that, we have valid points before we speak on matters.”
