DMW Records signee, Mayorkun, was acknowledged for his hard work and good content for the year under review by the board of the Headies Award 2020. He emerged the winner of the Best Street Hop category.

The parents of the popular musical artiste, Mayorkun have celebrated their son for winning the Best Street Hop Artiste award at the 14th Headies award show in Nigeria held on February 21, 2020. Mayorkun who was privileged to be among those that were honored at the event is now being celebrated by his own parents in a grand style.
His mother, who is known as Toyin Adewale, a Yoruba actress in an Instagram post wrote:
