African superstar, Wizkid, has been recognized with the Viewer’s Choice Awards at the 14th edition of the Headies Awards at the the La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort in Ibeju-Lekk in Nigeria hosted by Nancy Isime and Bovi.

The Viewers Choice Award is one of the biggest awards categories of the night. Starboy beat Davido, Omah Lay, Burna Boy, Falz, Fireboy DML, Mayorkun, and Dj Neptune to the award. He also delivered a very short speech when he walked up on stage to accept his award.
However, Davido, Omah Lay, Falz, Fireboy, Mayorkun and DJ Neptune have all won awards. The Headies 2020 will is 14th edition of The Headies awards. It is Nigerian music awards show held to recognise outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry. The nominees were announced on 4th December 2020 with Fireboy DML leading with nine nominations. Davido and Wurld followed with seven nominations each, while Burna Boy the reigning Artiste of the Year secured six nominations.
