According to Salma, she was performing a MoMo transaction and kept getting the ‘insufficient funds’ feedback but unfortunately, she never got common sense to check her account balance.
She also didn’t get the common sense to call MTN and lodge a complain.
Rather, she hopped on Instagram and started dragging the MTN brand in the gutters.
