”It Is Difficult To Invest In Properties In The East”- Uche Jombo Advises Colleagues

Nollywood A-list actress, Uche Jombo has lamented about the lack of development in the eastern part of Nigeria, Aba.

The veteran Nollywood actress has bemoaned the slow pace of development in Aba as compared to the development happening in Nigeria. She is worried because Lagos is developing ten times than that of Aba.

The mother of one took to her Twitter page to share her concern about the poor state of development in Aba. She revealed that she bought 3 pieces of land and after 8 years she can only resell it less than 5 million naira as compared to the same plot of land bought in Lagos.

She wrote: Eastern Nigeria development is a big worry. Bought 3 plots of land in Aba, 8 years later the resale value is +3.8M, a plot in Lagos bought the same time resale value is +45M. This is why it’s difficult to invest in properties in the East. Very worrisome.”
