Not the Mercedes Benz alone, but the area where it had been parked seems to have experienced snowfall.

Could it be that someone took his car registration number plate to Europe, placed it on his/her car and then took the picture to deceive Ghanaians that snow now falls in the country?

Or snow has started falling in Ghana?
