The lawyers of Hushpuppi born Ramon Abbas representing him at the court of law against his charges of Fraud and Money Laundering in the United States has filed a motion to withdraw from continuing the case.

After months of the lawyers, Gal Pissetzky and Vicki Podberesky, negotiating with the government of the United States to pardon their client have decided to discontinue. The lawyers argue that Hushpuppi has stopped communicating with them for some time now. They have therefore filed the motion at the United States District Court in California to withdraw from representing Mr Abass Ramon.

Prime Times reported that Gal Pissetzky revealed the breakdown of communication between them and their client necessitated their decision and it was a deliberate attempt from Hushpuppi to bring in another attorney.
” He informed me that he is retaining new counsel. I informed him that I and Ms. Podberesky were moving to withdraw given his refusal to communicate and cooperate with us.”
The new lawyer to represent Hushpuppi is a criminal defence lawyer with a licence to operate in California. However, the application for withdrawal will be heard by the court on February 22.
