Talicia Harte was born in 1984 to Bob and Nancy Harte. Talicia Harte features as a member of one of the seven families with special permission to live inside the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and appears on the show alongside her family. Talicia Harte has two siblings named; Robert Harte and Jennifer Kinney Young.

Talicia Harte was involved in a horrific car accident when she was just 22 years old which left her disabled.
According to Bob Harte, Talicia Harte was hit by the side of a vehicle whose driver was busy on his cellphone.
Bob Harte said fondly of Talicia,
My daughter is a lot like me. she is a survivor. she’s tough as nails. talicia was a very active young woman but then she had an accident
Bob Harte passed away on July 22, 2017 after a long battle with cancer and following his death, Talicia Harte and her mom granted Bob Harte’s dying wish as they visited his cabin to spread his ashes around the area
