Law is a “no go” area to most people because of the fact that it goes hand in hand with extensive reading.

However, despite the seeming difficulty in studying law, some male Nigerian celebrities have been able to successfully complete their degree in law.

Below are some of them;

Falz Folarin Falana

It’s an open secret that Falz’s parents are of the most sought after lawyers in Nigeria. His parents, Femi and Funmi Folana are renowned lawyers and human right activists and so Falz fits into the “like father, like son” portfolio perfectly.

Falz studied law in the United Kingdom at the University of Reading. Falz was called to the bar in 2012 after he graduated from the Nigeria Law School in Abuja.

Ebuka Obi-Uchendu

The renowned host of the Big Brother Nigeria definitely has a lot going for him. In 2015, he studied law at the University of Abuja and then proceeded to acquire a Masters Degree in law from the University of Washington.

He hosts a TV show dubbed ‘Judging Matters’ which premiered earlier this year. The show gives insight on how to deal with common legal issues.

Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD)

His influence as one of the most sought-after actors in Nigeria cannot be underscored but in addition to that, in 1997, he studied law at the University of Lagos. He graduated from the University with a degree in Law in 2004.

Kanayo O. Kanayo

His reputation as the number one ‘ritualist’ is second to none. But added to that is his portfolio as a lawyer. He was called to the bar after he completed law school in July 2020. To celebrate his achievement, he took to social media and wrote; “To God be all the Glory. You can now address me as Anayo Modestus Onyekwere, Esq, MFR ( Barrister And Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria).”
