Ayodeji Richard Makun(Ayo Makun) is a Nigerian comedian, radio and TV presenter actor, producer, writer, and director.
He was born on 19th August 1971 He comes from Ifon, Ose in Ondo State in Nigeria.

He was born to Mr. and Mrs. Olorunyomi Makun who are both late.
He studied theatre arts at the Delta State University in Nigeria and graduated in 2003. While on campus, he has announced the best show-biz promoter and the most celebrated student on campus. He made his first film debut in 30 days in Atlanta which he produced and was directed by Robert O. Peters.

AY has excelled in his field of comedy and has thus won many awards. In 2008, he won the Comedian of the year for the Diamond Awards for Comedy, Teens Favourite, National Daily Awards, Mode Men of the year Awards, amongst others.
He became Alibaba Akporobome’s event manager and personal assistant. He became quite popular after his engagement with Alibaba
He has been married to his wife Mabel Makun for 12 years. They have a daughter named Michelle Makun.
