Real Betis Management Arrive In Barcelona To Discuss Vitor Roque Loan Deal

Real Betis’ management team has arrived in Barcelona to discuss a potential loan move for out-of-favour attacker Vitor Roque.

The club’s sporting director, Manu Fajardo, along with Joaquin and Ramon Alarcon, were spotted in Barcelona on Monday ahead of talks with Barcelona.

Real Betis is eager to secure a season-long loan for Roque, hoping to give the forward regular playing time in La Liga.

While Real Betis focuses on a loan deal, Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon is reportedly interested in acquiring Roque on a permanent basis.

Vitor Roque is said to be open to the idea of moving to Sporting, but it’s unclear if the club is willing to meet Barcelona’s asking price.

Barcelona is actively working on player exits this week to free up space and register new signings before the transfer window closes. The discussions with Betis could be a crucial step in this process as the deadline approaches.
