Popular clergyman Dr. Abel Damina has addressed rumors suggesting he is envious of Pastor Jerry Eze and criticized the widely used slogan “What God cannot do does not exist.”

Speaking on the Honest Bunch podcast, hosted by Nedu Wazobia, Husband Material, and others, Damina clarified that any claims of jealousy toward Eze are unfounded, noting that Eze is significantly younger and less experienced in ministry.
Damina also challenged the validity of the slogan, stating, “’What God Cannot Do Doesn’t Exist’ is not the truth.”
He acknowledged his belief in miracles and healings but expressed skepticism about the authenticity of some contemporary miracles. “I believe in miracles, I believe in healings, but not all these arranged miracles we are seeing today,” he said.

When asked by Nedu if he believed the miracles were staged, Damina highlighted the uniformity of the crutches seen at many events, questioning their authenticity.
“Can’t you see most of those crutches are all the same colors and all brand new? In what world will people come for a crusade and have the same brand of crutches and also the same colour?” he remarked.
Damina’s comments reflect a broader critique of modern miracle claims and underscore his stance on the current state of religious practices.
