Luis Diaz of Liverpool was initially a contingency target for Barcelona. However, Liverpool’s new head coach, Arne Slot, has made it clear that Diaz will stay at Anfield.
Slot praised Diaz’s impact and confirmed that the Colombian winger is integral to Liverpool’s plans for the upcoming season.

With Diaz out of reach and the financial challenges of securing him even if Liverpool were willing to negotiate, Barcelona has turned their attention to other prospects.
One such player is Bayern Munich’s Kingsley Coman. The French winger, valued at €50 million, could be available on loan this summer.
Barcelona is considering Coman as a viable alternative, although Paris Saint-Germain also holds interest in the player. Coman’s previous experience with Hansi Flick at Bayern Munich adds to the appeal for Barcelona.
