Former SNL Cast Member Victoria Jackson Reveals Inoperable Tumor Diagnosis

Victoria Jackson, best known for her work on Saturday Night Live and as a breast cancer survivor, has disclosed that she has an inoperable tumor in her windpipe.

In a heartfelt social media post, Jackson shared the news, explaining that the tumor, described as “a marble in my chest,” cannot be surgically removed and poses a risk of suffocation.

Jackson revealed her treatment plan, noting that she will be receiving a medication based on Ribociclib, which is intended to shrink the tumor.

She expressed cautious optimism about the treatment’s potential, despite researching the prognosis online, which suggested a survival time of approximately 32.6 months.

Despite the challenging news, Jackson remained upbeat, reflecting on her life and the future. She mentioned her desire to witness significant family milestones, including the birth of her grandson, Jimmy, and the possibility of seeing her daughter Aubrey become a mother.

Jackson, who was an SNL cast member from 1986 to 1992, was known for her roles on Weekend Update and her impersonations of public figures such as Roseanne Barr and Zsa Zsa Gabor.

She first revealed her breast cancer diagnosis in 2016 and recently shared a video from a CT scan session.

Jackson’s message highlighted her resilience and her hope to cherish the time she has left with her loved ones.
