She spoke candidly about the bullying and harsh treatment she faced from both family and peers growing up.

During her secondary school years, Alex was unfairly branded as a thief and troublemaker. She recounted an incident where her aunt punished her for giving clean water to their pigs instead of dirty water.

Alex was puzzled as to why she would provide dirty water to animals. Despite her efforts to care for the pigs, she was accused of trying to harm them.

Alex also described how she was frequently blamed for missing items and punished unjustly. This led to a situation where her classmates assaulted her, believing she had eaten a biscuit in class despite her denial.

Her locker was searched, and provisions belonging to a senior were found, which resulted in further beatings and accusations.

She even faced questions about whether she had an involuntary tendency to steal. Her situation was so severe that it prompted suggestions of needing church prayers.

Alex’s revelations shed light on the struggles she endured and how these experiences shaped her resilience and character.
