Peter voiced his frustration over Paul’s repeated statements that he was the primary contributor to their music, claiming he wrote and performed most of their songs.
Peter felt these remarks overlooked his own significant contributions to their success.
He stressed that P-Square’s achievements were a result of their combined efforts and not the work of just one individual.

Peter also questioned the reasons behind Paul’s persistent attempts to diminish his role and contributions. Despite his frustration, Peter expressed his desire for Paul to do well and asked fans to allow him to focus on his own music career.

In addition, Peter hinted that he might soon address a separate issue involving the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The P-Square duo was known for their unique blend of Afrobeats, R&B, and pop. After their split, Peter has continued his music career as a solo artist under the name Mr. P.
