Former India cricketer Vinod Kambli was recently seen in Mumbai struggling to walk, requiring assistance from passersby.

A video shared on social media platforms X and Instagram shows Kambli having difficulty moving as people come to his aid.

Kambli has faced significant health challenges in recent years. In 2013, he suffered a cardiac arrest, and in 2012, he underwent angioplasty for two blocked arteries.

Social media users have expressed their support, with many posting messages of encouragement. One comment read, “I hope he recovers soon and gets the support he needs.”

Kambli, who has played 17 Tests and 104 ODIs for India, scored 1,084 runs in Test matches at an average of 54.20 and 2,477 runs in One Day Internationals.

He also has nearly 10,000 runs in First-class cricket, with a career-best of 262 runs. Notably, Kambli was the third-youngest cricketer to score a double century in Tests, achieving 224 runs against England at Wankhede Stadium in 1993 at the age of 21.
