Each charge carries a potential four-year prison sentence, making the total possible time behind bars eight years. In Oklahoma, CDS includes narcotics, amphetamines, and other opiates.

Possessing these substances with the intent to distribute is a serious felony, with minimum penalties starting at two years in prison and a possible fine of up to $20,000.

Chrisean’s legal troubles began in June 2024 when she was arrested at Blueface’s court hearing in Los Angeles. She was extradited to Oklahoma because of a warrant related to her 2022 arrest on similar drug charges. Her case has garnered significant media attention, given her status as a public figure and reality star.
