The recent crisis has intensified following an invitation from the EFCC to Paul for questioning over fraud allegations made by his twin brother, Peter.

In his social media post, Igbokwe expressed disappointment over the inability of the Okoye brothers to resolve their differences.

He questioned the role of their family members and wives in addressing the situation. He criticized the brothers for their inability to collaborate, trust, or forgive each other, and lamented the failure of their family and spouses to mediate.

Igbokwe described the situation as a failure of both success and education, and a source of shame for everyone involved.

The feud between Peter and Paul Okoye is not new. In 2017, the duo, who are siblings, went their separate ways after Peter accused Paul and their older brother, Jude, of undermining him and disparaging his wife, Lola.

Although they reconciled in 2021 and attempted to revive their music career together, their peace was short-lived, and they have now returned to being estranged.
