Tim Russ is not a married man as of 2024. However, he has a girlfriend Jedda Roskilly, who is also his co-worker in some of his projects (most notably “Bugsters!”).

Tim Russ and his girlfriend Jedda Roskilly have an adorable little daughter, Madison, affectionately called Maddy, who was born in March 1999 and is Tim’s pride and joy.

Tim Russ began his acting career with a variety of roles in television and film. In 1985, he appeared in an episode of “The Twilight Zone” and made a memorable appearance in the comedy “Spaceballs” as a trooper. He also had a significant role in “Death Wish 4.”

Russ is deeply embedded in the “Star Trek” franchise, not only for his iconic role as Tuvok on “Star Trek: Voyager,” but also for various other roles.

Tim Russ initially auditioned for the role of Geordi La Forge on “Star Trek: The Next Generation” before landing the role of Tuvok. Russ has appeared in several “Star Trek” series and movies, including “Star Trek: Generations” and “Star Trek: Picard.”

Beyond “Star Trek,” Russ has appeared in numerous TV shows and films, including “Samantha Who?” and “iCarly.” He also directed and co-starred in “Star Trek: Renegades” and voiced Tuvok in the video game “Star Trek Online.”

Tim Russ is not just an actor; he is also a lifelong musician and singer. He has been involved in music for many years, performing regularly in Los Angeles with his band.

Apart from his artistic talents, Russ is an avid amateur astronomer. He is a member of the Los Angeles Astronomical Society and has participated in significant astronomical observations.

In 2021, he was part of a group that helped detect the asteroid 617 Patroclus in preparation for NASA’s Lucy probe. He owns several telescopes, including a 10-inch Dobsonian and an 8-inch Schmidt-Cassegrain.
