American rapper Cardi B has revealed she is expecting her third child, just hours after filing for divorce from her husband, Offset.

The 31-year-old hip-hop superstar took to Instagram to share the news of her pregnancy with her fans. This announcement came the day after Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, filed for divorce from her husband of six years, Offset, 32.
In her Instagram post, Cardi B expressed a mixture of gratitude and empowerment as she embarked on this new chapter of her life.
She wrote, “With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power! Reminded me that I can have it all!”
Cardi B’s message continued with an emotional note, acknowledging the support she received throughout her journey. “You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and passion! I love you so much and can not wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish, and what you pushed me to do!”
The rapper’s announcement comes amidst her legal battle, as Cardi B’s manager confirmed in an interview with PEOPLE that she is requesting primary custody of their two children, son Wave Set, 2, and daughter Kulture Kiari, 6.
