The protests, driven by widespread dissatisfaction with governance and escalating economic issues, have mobilized thousands of Nigerians across the country.
In a post on his Instagram story, Spyro emphasized the insensitivity of posting entertainment content during such critical times. “The country is bleeding, and we all are affected whether or not we agree to that fact,” he stated.

Spyro further expressed his empathy for the average Nigerian, stressing that he shares in their pain and has no intention of remaining silent.

He also called on religious leaders to rise to the occasion, invoking the spirit of biblical figures who challenged authorities to bring about change. “I wish Men of God can speak up for the people now as it was in the days of old… This is not a time to PRAY, it is a time to act. even the Bible says ‘FAITH without WORKS is dead,’” Spyro wrote.
