The offer is part of the West Ham United’s push to strengthen their attacking options and improve their squad depth for the coming season.
However, West Ham faces United competition from Leicester City, who are negotiating a loan-to-buy deal for Nelson and which the deal is on course.

Leicester United’s strong stance is as a result of coach Steve Cooper who has a very close personal relationship with Reiss Nelson.

Arsenal are looking to offload some of the attacking options to make way for new top players in their quest to compete Manchester City for the Premier League title.
Julen Lopetegui’s search for attacking reinforcements has led to numerous names being linked with West Ham, but securing Reiss Nelson would be a notable move.
Although Nelson’s performances last season were inconsistent, with limited appearances, he has a great potential.
